December 10, 2006 Football Picks: Week 14 By John Miller Disclaimer: I don't bet on any of these games. If you're risking your bank roll on my picks, neither I nor any of this site's advertisers take any responsibility. Each week, I'll pick college and pro games that look like good bets. I might pick eight games one week and two the next. Previous picks: Week 2, Week 3, Week 4, Week 5, Week 6, Week 7, Week 8, Week 12 Last week: 0-1-1, Overall: 27-26-5 NFL Jacksonville vs. Indianapolis under 44: These teams always play close, low-scoring games -- at least by the Colts' standards. This pick worked earlier in the season, which is exactly why it will probably burn me this time around. New Orleans + 9 at Dallas: Seriously, nine points. 5dimes.com gave it to me. The Cowboys have looked like a new team with Tony Romo, but I can't believe they're that highly favored against arguably the best offense in football. The Sains will be without Joe Horn and possibly Marques Colston though. Seattle -2.5 at Arizona: Can Matt Leinart screw me again? Only one way to find out. |
